Jeano heard from NOVEC recently and the only option they are willing to do is clear a 30 foot swath and run at least some of our electric line above ground. Groan. We had really not wanted to clear so much of the forest. The only good part is that they are responsible for it, not us.
Jeano also met with the county official responsible for granting us our well and septic permits. He didn't see any issues and we should have those within two weeks!
The TJI folks haven't gotten back to us just yet.
We're digging our footers tomorrow! Jean, my mom and Kathy have been on site ALL WEEK putting in long hours getting the measurements right. I wish I could be out there with them:)
