Longrow 10

Campbeltown 1995, 46%, J&A Mitchell & Co Ltd

Appearance: Lamp oil, decent legs. Incredibly clear with a hint of green
Nose: Sherry wood, freshly chopped wood, headier alchol smell, cinnamon, peat
Taste: the incongruence of peat and salt is crazy. Roughish. Finish is almost too subtle. Light fruit.
Personal: Day before my 32nd birthday at Justin's house. This scotch has a cleansing nose and a sweet taste that makes it incredibly refreshing. The peat comes through amazingly!
